How to Ship:

1）Shipping costs is not included in the published price and is paid by the customer. Shipping costs will be added to Performa invoice if the customer want us prepay the shipping cost.

2）During the shipping, in order to avoid destroy, we try to use firm package and plastic bag for the goods

3）We often use UPS, TNT, EMS, FEDEX and DHL to ship the goods. They normally take 3-5 working days to arrive in most of countries (EMS, 5-10 days). If you have the courier account such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, please inform us at first.

4) Pay attention: when you find any damage on package, please refuse to sign. Please take some photos as proof and indicate in the airway bill. These ways are greatly helpful to claim.

5) Fuel surcharges maybe changed depending on the oil price and the currency rate.
